the Clubhouse
Our clubhouse is the social hub of Awhitu. Spacious, well equipped and offering great views of the golf course and the surrounding parklands.
Popular not only with golfers but also locals and visitors to the area, the golf club is open for dinner on Friday evenings from 5.30pm - 8.30pm and lunch on Sundays from 12 noon to 3 pm. Eftpos is available at the bar.
FRIDAY NIGHT DINNERS
Our Friday evenings at the Golf Club run from 5.30pm - 8.30pm and are always popular. We are open year round offering a cosy retreat in winter and in summer golfers and their friends and families can enjoy a meal and a couple of drinks after finishing Twilight Golf.
Every week we have a range of meals on offer, including kids meals. Sports games are screened, the dartboard attracts a crowd, our weekly raffle is legendary, high chairs are available and a kids corner helps keep the little ones entertained.
Plus, every Friday we do our weekly draw for members. If you’re in attendance and your name is drawn you might just hit the jackpot!
Book a Function
The clubhouse can cater for groups of 100 to 120, and is available for weddings and other social occasions. A number of couples choose to have their wedding ceremony in the Awhitu Regional Park and their reception in the clubhouse.
For a function the rental charges are:
Clubhouse: $100 plus a cleaning charge of $50 if required
Bar: $100
